Hello, I love the concept of the Six a Day Formula. I do have a question on interpetation from anyone who cares to answer though. I have a very busy career, running a non-profit organization. I have numerous meetings, deadlines and projects that need attention. My feeling is I should accomplish all of these prior obligations as they are scheduled and then add the rest of what I want to accomplish that day to make six items for completion.
