dear james,
i have changed all my ways of living i eat healthy and excercise but i have a question. you know the way u say if u let every one just choose what they wanted not everyone would pick a fararri.
i dont like fine wine infact i hate all kinds of alchol but i do like my glass of coke it make me happy. like very happy. it makes me feel healthy and brings me a step closer to harmonic wealth. its the one physical experiance my spiritual being enjoys A LOT.

An extraordinary thing happened the other day: I was sitting outside and noticed a tree across from me. As I sat watching this tree blow in the wind I noticed how magnificently tall and beautiful it was. I simply sat watching its beauty and strength. I went inside for a short while but returned to my sitting place where I had watched the tree. In the early spring of 2007, I had been suffering with terrible shoulder pain in my right shoulder for at least a year. Hi - I just plugged in my numbers for calculating BMI - and I noticed that the OVERWEIGHT category goes after OBESE on the chart displayed. I believe it should be the other way around. ??
